Privacy
policy.

Last updated 15 October 2026. This policy explains how The Bulk Bowl ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through thebulkbowl.com.

1. What we collect: your email address and bowl-size preference when you join the waitlist; and, if you enter the golden keyring promotion or contact us, the details you send us (such as your name, order number and gym name).
2. Why we collect it: to send you launch news, first-batch offers and occasional updates you've asked for; to run the golden keyring promotion and deliver prizes; and to reply to your enquiries.
3. Marketing emails: we only email people who have opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
4. Who we share it with: service providers that help us run the site and send email (for example our website host and email provider). Some may store data outside Australia. We don't sell your personal information.
5. Security: we take reasonable steps to protect your information and only keep it for as long as we need it.
6. Analytics and cookies: if we use website analytics, it's to understand how the site is used. We don't use advertising cookies on this site.
7. Access and correction: you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
8. Contact and complaints: email brady@thebulkbowl.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
