Golden keyring promotion

conditions.

- Promoter: [Business name], ABN [number], [address], Victoria, Australia.
- Promotion period: first-batch orders placed between [start date] and [end date] (Australian Eastern Time).
- Eligibility: Australian residents aged 18 or over who join the Bulk Bowl waitlist and place a first-batch order during the promotion period. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
- How it works: 10 golden Bulk Bowl keyrings (5 featuring the original mascot and 5 featuring the women's line mascot) will be placed at random in first-batch orders of either size. Original and women's line keyrings are shuffled together, so every first-batch order has the same chance of receiving either design. Each order can contain at most one golden keyring. The chance of winning depends on the total number of first-batch orders.
- Prize: each golden keyring entitles its finder to payment of their gym membership fees up to a maximum of $1,000 (incl. GST). The prize is paid as a reimbursement on receipts, either as a single lump sum of up to $1,000 or as monthly payments to the winner's gym, until the $1,000 maximum is reached. Total prize pool up to $10,000 (incl. GST).
- Claiming: winners must email brady@thebulkbowl.com or send a direct message to @thebulkbowl on Instagram with a photo of the golden keyring, their order number and the name of their gym within 30 days of delivery. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, except at the promoter's discretion.
- Winners may be announced on the Bulk Bowl website and social media with their first name and state, with their consent.
- Privacy: personal information is collected to run the promotion and deliver prizes, and handled under our privacy policy.
